Cancellation Timeframe:

You can cancel your reservation with Aaroo Travellers up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time without incurring any cancellation fees.

Late Cancellation and No-Show:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time or in case of a no-show will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one day’s rental cost.

Modification Policy:

Modifications to your reservation, such as changes to pick-up/drop-off dates, times, or vehicle type, can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Modifications are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made within the specified cancellation timeframe (at least 24 hours before pick-up). No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time or in case of a no-show.

Refundable Amount for Order Cancellation or Payment by Mistake:

• In case of any order cancellation or payment made by mistake (Order by mistake), the refundable amount will be 70% of the booking fee.

Refund Processing Time:

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. Please note that the actual time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or financial institution.

Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial reservation. If you made the reservation with a credit card, the refund will be credited to that credit card.

Partial Refunds:

If you return the rental vehicle earlier than originally scheduled, refunds for the unused rental days may be processed. However, early return refunds are subject to approval and may not apply to all reservation types.

Refunds for Optional Extras:

Refunds for optional extras such as GPS navigation systems, child seats, or additional insurance coverage will be provided if the cancellation is made within the specified timeframe. No refunds will be issued for optional extras canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time or in case of a no-show.
